TUBE AND FITTING SCAFFOLDING

Tube and fittings scaffolding includes a comprehensive range of fittings such as Right Angle Couplers, Swivel couplers, Putlog couplers, Sleeve couplers, Joint Pins etc. All scaffold fittings confirm to IS: 2750 (1968) and BS: 1339 (1964). These fittings have wide applications in construction industry. They can also be used in repair & maintenance works. Scaffold tubes are ERW 48.3 mm OD MS Black or Galvanized tubes confirming to IS : 1239 or 1161 grade YST 210. There are available in lengths of 6.0 m + 100 mm or in desired cut lengths in case of bulk requirement.

ADJUSTABLE BASE
Adjustable base or Head Plate gives adjustment between 45 mm to 225 mm.

FIXED FINIAL
Connects a scaffold tube at right angles directly to the end of another tube with no projection. ideal for guardrails, crowd control barriers etc.

SLEEVE COUPLER
An external connection for joining two scaffold tubes end-t-end. It has a central, circular division place so that equal lengths of each tube can be inserted and separately secured. Suitable for joints where tension will be developed in the tubes.

BASE PLATE
A 150mm x 150mm steel plate providing a 0.023m2 flat bearing surface for load distribution from standards. It has a 50mm high intefral spigot and two fixing hole for use with sole plates.

JOINT PIN
Used to connect two scaffold tubes end-to-end. Fitted internally it expands to apply maximum grip against the wall of the tube. Not suitable for joints where tension can be developed in the tubes.
